Both products were written from the audio layer up, because the parts that are hard in India — code-switching mid-sentence, patchy lines, real GSM numbers — are the parts off-the-shelf voice stacks handle worst.

Shivankit TechSolutions is incorporated in New Delhi and GST-registered. Contracts, invoices and refunds come from the company, and the registration details are on the company page.

Both products are built for how things work here — Indian phone numbers, and the Hindi-English mix people actually speak in the middle of a sentence.
